** Drop-In Surgeries & Online Appointment Bookings **

 ** Have Been Suspended **

Please note that as of the 16th of March, our morning drop-in surgeries and online appointment bookings have been suspended for the foreseeable future.

We will be operating a telephone triage system so staff will be asking questions regarding symptoms and the nature of your appointment request.  Please be open with this information and be reassured it is completely confidential.

Thank you for your co-operation.

Appointments

diary_appointmentWe operate a mixed system of booked and open consultations, which provides a flexibility we find our patients value. Open surgeries mean that you can be seen by a doctor that same day whether your need is urgent or routine.

All morning surgeries except Wednesday are open (no appointment required). Patients must report for these no later than 10:15. The surgeries are taken by two of the doctors on a rota basis, although very occasionally only one doctor will be available.

All afternoon and Wednesday morning surgeries are by appointment and must be booked in advance and can now be booked online here - Patient Access.

Urgent cases will always be accommodated after discussion with the duty doctor. If possible, however, please contact the surgery before 3.30pm.

A district nurse is available in the treatment room by appointment. Please book an appointment at reception.

Gargunnock Outreach Consultations

There are surgeries in the Community Centre, Leckie Road, Gargunnock on a Tuesday at 2pm and is intended for those patients living in Gargunnock, who have difficulty attending Kippen Surgery. If you wish to attend, please contact Kippen Surgery before 1pm.
